The Rise of Moombahton / Interview with Dave Nada

Moombahton is a subgenre of electronic music that has been on the rapid ascent across the globe since its inception in Washington, DC by DJ and producer Dave Nada in the fall of 2009. Hi Guys and welcome to the first (dada) Spotlight entry – to what I hope will be great and ongoing journey through the sea of great talent (blabla) and inspiration.

Today the spotlight goes on Maarten Kleyne a 22-yearish designer from Netherlands with both some great technical skills and tasteful art direction. Chosen by the unanimous decision in a completely non-democratic whim of mine (yes, I’m a prick) of which I’m very happy.
